Boxat Delivery Policies


.   Delivery Charges of different items vary as per the seller involved. Typically, low value items carry high delivery costs as the logistics costs incurred on them are significant. Many Sellers also waive off the delivery charges, if the buyer exceeds the predefined shopping value.
·    All products carry different delivery times. The delivery schedules for different items have been mentioned on the product pages. We usually try and deliver the orders within 5-10 days. The estimated delivery time is dependent on the below given factors:

  • Seller policies
  • Product Availability
  • Seller location and destination (where the product will be shipped)

·    In some cases, the buyer may find that we do not deliver to a particular location. 
The main reasons for this may include: 

  • Seller discretion
  • Legal restrictions with respect to certain products in your area
  • Unavailability of reliable courier partners

·    The Cash On Delivery option is not available on all the products; it also depends on the location where you want the items to be shipped.
·    Boxat delivers worldwide.
Buyers can make a purchase from anywhere ; they only have to check if the delivery destination is covered.  
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour after placing an order. Hence, in case of Cancellation refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
·    In case, the buyer places orders for multiple products in a single transaction, there is no guarantee that all orders will be shipped together as this depends on the product characteristics and/or logistics' issues involved.
 
Boxat Returns Policies
·    In case of receipt of damaged/defective products, or products that do not match with your original order, you are requested to get in touch with our support team immediately.
·    Shoppers need to ensure that the items are in first-rate condition upon delivery. If any damage or tampering is observed in the packaging, you may refuse to accept delivery and inform us as soon as possible. The return policy varies with respect to the nature and category of the product.
·    The below mentioned conditions have to be met to ensure successful replacement of the damaged/defective item.

  • You should notify us within 10 days after the receipt of the damaged goods, otherwise we will not be held responsible for non-replacement of the order. Aditionally, the product needs to be returned within 10 days once delivered. 
  • Please ensure that the products are unused & returned along with their original packing with their price tags, labels, barcodes, warranty card and invoices etc.
  • The returned good would be subject to verification by our team to ensure the legitimacy of the complaint. In the event that the complaint is found to be genuine, the original price along with the delivery charges will be refunded to you.
